I have been taking my two vehicles to Zubek’s Oscoda for over 7 years for regular service and repairs.
My Wife and I just recently purchased a Ford F1 50 from Zubek. Charlie Finley is the sales manager and was the one to help us out. He went above and beyond to take care of us. He drove the vehicle to my work so I could look at it and test drive it. After we purchased the vehicle we went to pick up the plates and Charlie himself washed our vehicle again in his nice suit and tie, and gave us some floor mats for free. He also put pads, rotors, and did an alignment for free as well. Charlie really made us feel like we were part of his family and we will definitely will be purchasing our next vehicle from him.
I phoned Zubek in Tawas to let Mr. Zubek know about my dissatisfaction, he was not in.
Sad that the middle-management has no clue at this company and apparently are obnoxiously rude to boot in the case of the Tawas guy ....
This is a terrible way to treat a customer and is not indicative of the great service I received in the past from some of the Zubek technicians such as Zack, Matt and Pat.

Today I spoke to Terry, the service manager, and informed him that I would be taking my business elsewhere. It appears as if he did not care. No apology.
I spoke to the “Used Car Manager/2IC” (that is what he told me anyway). During my explanation of the situation to him, he decided to put the phone down in my ear. I really do not care, I wish them the best of luck.
During the last oil-change the technician did not inform me of two issues (worn brake pads and non-functioning park brake). This unfortunately led to me having to correct the issues under a serious time-crunch.
