Really appreciated the personal service. The whole staff was wonderful and made me feel welcome and like they appreciated my business. When I requested extra information, I got it immediately. I couldn't have asked for a smoother car buying experience. I would recommend Craig Herriman and the staff at Dean Arbour to anyone looking for a new or used car.
This visit to the service department was to perform routine maintenance on my 2011 F 150. Service included the advertised "WORKS" and my visual evaluation of the brake pads and rotor wear. All were acceptable. The key thing here is that the service people supported my review and I find that commendable. The remainder of the repairs were completed as expected without issues.
