Old musty and needs updating. Price isn't bad. Breakfast and other amenities are available to use at their modern motel next door.
The hotel was nice and across from lake. Good staff and clean rooms.
Anyone who says this place is clean must have extremely low standards. The box springs had blood on them as did the shower curtain not to mention the quarter inch of dust on everything and I'm leaving a lot out of the description/experience.
My family would have been better off sleeping in the car.
We reserved a room, but had to cancel. We emailed them 17 days in advance to cancel. We got no reply, so we called and spoke to whoever was working at the desk. He assured us that our reservation was cancelled and that he had seen our email request for cancellation. He also assured us that we didn't need a confirmation number or email regarding the cancellation. However, the motel still charged our credit card $99.99. After numerous phone calls to the management we still have not received a refund to our credit card. Every time we call, we are assured that the refund will be done. That was June - its now September and still no refund. Certainly not a trustworthy business to deal with.
Definitely not worth a dime.
I'm not a mean person ,it's just beyond nasty.
